Agency Fee Rate for 2010The 2010 agency fee rate is  82.50% of regular dues deductions. The process for becoming an agency fee payer is for the member to send a letter with their: name, ssn, address, a working phone number and employer (please have them print!) to: Aracelis Mercado, Director of Administration, SEIU Local 615, 26 West Street, 3rd Floor, Boston, MA 02111.

1.  Dues Information Spreadsheets: These dues spreadsheets contain formulas for computing dues on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis. Select the spreadsheet that reflects your pay period (please note that the spreadsheets for 2010 are now available below):
