NEW - Agency Fee Rate for 2008! The 2008 agency fee rate has been calculated at 87.40% of regular dues deductions. The process for becoming an agency fee payer is for the member to send a letter with their: name, ssn, address, a working phone number and employer (please have them print!) to: Wayne M. Langley, Administrative Manager, SEIU Local 615, 26 West Street, 3rd Floor, Boston, MA 02111.

Dues Rates for 2008

The Local 615 dues percentage deduction is 2.5% of gross wages.  Gross wages are defined as total compensation which includes vacation time, sick time, overtime, bonuses or shift differentials.  Dues are not deducted from vacation cash advances.
